We used the Kaplan‐Meier method to estimate incidences of ESKD, clinical remission, and death; the records thus obtained were compared by using the log‐rank tests. Data were censored on December 31, 2018. Patients who were lost till the time of follow‐up were removed at the date of the last contact.
